With our totally bespoke Find & Buy service we’re with you every step of the way.
This service comprises:
- Consultation: Every business find is unique and our first step is to listen and understand your personal and business goals creating a detailed brief that is realistic with an achievable objective. At this stage it is also important for us to understand how you will finance your purchase.
- Search: We use our networks and knowledge to search the whole market within your chosen search area, including off market businesses, helping you create a filtered shortlist that reflects your requirements. At this stage we filter out the non-starters by also performing some initial due diligence to avoid unnecessary time wasting.
- View: Through a collaborative approach we’ll agree on the best business opportunities available to you. Once you have decided on your final choice we will have the accounts assessed by a specialist hospitality accountant. We will then undertake a detailed viewing the business on your behalf liaising with the seller & agent. If you require us to view and evaluate more than one proposition we can put together a bespoke package.
- Final Due Diligence: Having understood your requirements we’ll evaluate your chosen business against your criteria getting answers to all the key questions surrounding the business, the property, the location, the competition, the deal, the lease or freehold and providing all necessary company checks where required. This due diligence together with our first hand viewing helps us to understand the business better, determine a true value and formulate a negotiation strategy.
- Report and Recommend: Following our review we’ll issue you with an objective Buyers Report on the business, detailing our findings, highlighting any concerns and making recommendations for further action.
- Negotiate: Once you have decided to buy we’ll negotiate for you. We want to get you the best deal, and since our payment structure incentivises us to save you money, you know we’ll drive a hard bargain on your behalf.
- Purchase: Once the price has been agreed, we will support you through the purchase process. We ensure deadlines are met and all parties communicate openly. We have a team of business partners who specialise in hospitality to provide you with legal and financial expertise.
For this service a retainer of £195 + vat is payable on instruction. This fee will be refunded on completion. Once you have decided on a potential business you would like to buy we will 'View and Review' it for you. The fee for this service starts at £495 + vat and will be payable on instruction to view. We prefer to discuss your requirements fully before quoting a final fee, but it will typically be a minimum flat fee of £995 or 25% percentage of the saving we negotiate (if greater) plus vat. This will be payable upon exchange of contracts.
